Carrying rollers

Features and specifications:
Carrying rollers are vital for belt conveyers. Carrying rollers use seamless steel pipes, quality steel punched bearing supports, dedicated bearings for carrying rollers, quality steel profiles, and nylon & pressing seal rings. Special production lines are used for producing carrying rollers. In terms of processing technologies, two-headed automatic hole lathing and CO2 gas protected two-headed automatic welding are used.
Good right alignment, light weight, flexible rotation, small rotational inertia, tested to comply with GB900-91 and MT73～74-92 standards.

Belt conveyors

General-purpose permanent belt conveyors are used for conveying bulky materials with the bulk density of 500 to 2,500 kg per cubic meter, and other parts and components in the coal, metallurgical, mining, and chemical industries. Specifications of belts: 500mm to 2,000mm.
Retractable belt conveyors are used in sublevels, tunneling systems, rise heading systems, dip heading systems, central conveying systems, and ground conveying systems in coal mines.
Special belt conveyors are capable of conveying materials at a high inclination-angle of 30 degrees and below or at a turning angle of 0 to 180 degrees.
